Met baby yesterday after his work.
Went to Marks and Spencer to get some chocs.
Baby is a fan of chocs, in which i dont really like and plus, Marks and Spencer 's choc is v sweet. Too sweet infact.

Then he send me home, We lepak bwh blk jap, and he use lappy.
See, what he do, he is so particular about small little details.

it must all be align.

                1 Scoop of Whey Protein
                10 or 5 egg white and 2 egg yolk.

Buka 1900hrs -        1 Scoop of Whey Protein + 1 Scoop of Oat
                250g of Chicken Breast/Slice Fish
                1 Medium size Yam/Sweets Potato

2200hrs -            1 Scoop Oat/1 yam/1 Sweet Potato
                250kg Chicken Breast/Slice Fish

0200hrs -            2 Scoop of Whey Protein.
